Cancellation Policy: Refunds must be emailed to MemberServices@southerngas.org or faxed to 972-620-4013. Following charges apply: Canceling on or before May 1, full refund. Canceling after May 1, but on or before May 8, 50% refund. Canceling after May 8, no refund but substitutions may be made.
